ABSTRACT
As has already been indicated in the foregoing chapter, the question of the renewal of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance is already a moot point, and in considering the probabilities and possibilities thereof, it will be well to consider some new aspects of the subject which have arisen since the last Treaty of Alliance was signed in 1911.
