ABSTRACT
Children with disabilities have the same rights as their non-disabled peers, and should have equal opportunities to play experiences and opportunities to develop friendships in early years settings. Many early childhood education and care settings have adopted an inclusive approach, i.e. including children with disabilities in their programmes.
