ABSTRACT
In this chapter we consider a few selected topics in labor law. We will see that these laws cannot be evaluated in a competent way without a careful economic analysis, even though it would not even occur to many people (including many federal and state government officials who must decide whether to enact such laws) that such an analysis is necessary.
