Organizational and work psychology has made a great deal of progress over the last decades in different parts of the world and has contributed substantially to a better understanding of the world of work and the improvement of society, organizations, and individuals. One aspect that stands out when consulting the literature is the current lack of consensus in the terminology used to describe this subject.
