ABSTRACT
In this short final chapter of the book, we present a few concluding remarks – they are to be interpreted as final observations after the topics discussed in the preceding eight chapters. First, we spend a few words on the tension field of separation and integration of concerns that is so typical for a complex world like e-business. Then, we turn our attention to dealing with change, as change is omnipresent in e-business.
