ABSTRACT
With the Java Enterprise Simulator (jES), it is possible to reproduce, in a detailed way, the behavior of a fi rm or organization using a computer. This method relies on agent-based simulation techniques, i.e., the reconstruction of a phenomenon via the action and interaction of minded or no-minded agents within a specifi c environment.
