This new lexicon includes such words and phrases as Globalism, Sustainable Growth, Stakeholders, Continuous Innovation, Corporate Culture, Ethics, and Values-Based Leadership. While those words may appear random and unrelated, when the dots between them are connected they constitute a coherent challenge to the business community: Leaders of global corporations must learn how to create socially and economically sustainable corporate cultures.
