This chapter signifies that you have advanced toward tenure. This is indeed an exciting time as you prepare your final dossier before tenure, and we hope that you appreciate your accomplishments. Yet, at the same time, we strongly suggest that you continue to concentrate on Promotion and Tenure (P & T) and delay your celebration until you have completed the process and crossed the finish line.
