ABSTRACT
A fake coming out video (x44jackal44x 2009), shot in black and white and set in the space of an anonymous kitchen, features a teenaged boy in a baseball cap, who is recorded solo by his webcam below, as he seems to engage in an act of radical personal disclosure, only later to retract his admission when the footage cuts to a wide shot of him shouting that it was all an April Fool’s Day prank.
