ABSTRACT
The increase in the proportion of black and other ethnic minority households in London’s population has been one of the more significant changes in London’s demography. In some parts of East, West and South London, increases between 1991 and 2001 have been up to 25 per cent, though in many suburban areas increases have been less than 5 per cent.
