ABSTRACT
Teaching the world is a big job. ere is just too much to do, too much to cover, too little time. World or global history is an all-encompassing, all-engrossing subject, pun intended. For most history teachers and students it is far too unwieldy a subject, without a clear organization, time sequence, or integration of cultures. And there are too many strange names to learn to pronounce!
