ABSTRACT
Interpersonal relationship development is a complex, multi- faceted process, it evolves and changes because of many intrinsic and extrinsic factors within and beyond the relationship. The relationship itself can transform the lives of the individuals in the relationship, and the individuals themselves can also actively monitor the progress of the relationship. The relationship transforms or develops, progresses or regresses within the larger social and cultural matrices.
