Prospects of reparations to Palestinian refugees

The introductory chapter explained how the objective of the book is to focus on what precedes the concrete reparations agreement, the factors conducive to it and influencing it. Accordingly, the focus of the comparison has been to analyse the position of each of the conflict’s protagonists and third party players in their effect on the basis and form of the reparations claim. In that sense, the pattern and emerging themes derived from analysing the reparations process within the GermanJewish Reparations Agreement of 1952 and Cyprus are intended to shed light on the Palestinian refugees reparations case.
