ABSTRACT
Realpolitik is the art of survival in the particular organization and situation. The term was first used by Otto Von Bismarck, the nineteenth-century Prussian chancellor, who defined it as: ‘The capability and practice to gain, maintain and develop power and influence, using political systems, and formal and informal networks.’
