ABSTRACT
Civil Cases Under the Civil Procedure Rules the Court has the power to control the case and the evidence presented in it, consequently the Court can exclude evidence. Rule 32.1(2) stipulates, ‘The court may use its power under this rule to exclude evidence that would otherwise be admissible.’
