Technology and EFA

Previous chapters have detailed the unfi nished business of EFA and explored some of the contributions needed to complete the task. In order to take advantage of all useful inputs, governments should conceive their role in education systems as that of regulator and facilitator as much as provider. Th ey must embrace all eff ective methods of schooling and teacher education and foster innovative ways of making learning opportunities available to their people.
