This book is concerned with the liabilities of construction professionals and in particular architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, claims consultants and experts. It is intended to be a practical guide, which, although it seeks to explain relationships that are ultimately matters of law, is primarily intended for the non-lawyer.
