ABSTRACT

Changing to a new business paradigm is not a decision made lightly or in haste. Choosing to focus business decisions and strategies on providing value to consumers involves new business processes, new business activities, integration of new technology, and new reward systems. Questions abound when first learning about this new business paradigm, when beginning to implement new business processes, and when implementing specific activities. In this chapter, we present some of the most frequently asked questions and responses to them.
