ABSTRACT
Ask the pupils to think of any embarrassing moments they’ve ever had. Give each pupil a piece of paper and ask them to write a short account of what happened.
When everyone has finished, hand round an envelope in which the accounts can be put. Explain that you are going to take the envelope away and destroy it along with their accounts. Also explain that this can be a way of them ‘letting go’ of some things that they would perhaps rather forget.
