ABSTRACT
The Executive Assessment Institute (EAI) is a small, boutique consulting firm specializing in talent management, strategic leadership, and leadership development. It is based in North Carolina and has just five full-time employees. EAI’s client list includes Fortune 100 firms in the automotive, healthcare, and computer fields, as well as entrepreneurial ventures in photo optics, private equity, and sustainable energy. While many of its clients are based in the U.S., many others are
headquartered in places like Finland, Denmark, Germany, and Japan. Some are publicly held, with stocks traded on the NYSE and NASDAQ, while others are privately held, funded either by their own operations or through venture capital.
