ABSTRACT
No mention of environmental education in the 2008 Republican and Democratic education agendas! For all the talk of global warming and climate change one might have thought that there would at least be a mention of environmental education. Both 2008 platforms offered solutions to curb environmental destruction but still nothing about educating students to grapple with the most important problem of our times. Why?
