ABSTRACT
This chapter is about labor relations, employment law, and ethics in the global economy. Each of these topics deserves a chapter for itself. However, each is covered in other books in this series. Accordingly, what is provided here is an introduction to these topics, so as to illustrate their contribution to the context that defines the role of the IHR manager in the multinational enterprise.
