ABSTRACT

If your teacher gives you a deadline for either written or practical work, it is your job to meet that deadline. It is usually given in good time to allow your teacher to respond to your work before it has to be recorded or submitted to the Exam Board. The May deadline for Unit 3, for example, is for your teacher to submit work to the Exam Board. This means that your teacher will need it well in advance of the deadline in order to assess it before submitting it. Whether there are nine or thirty-nine of you in your group, this process will take time, and your teacher will want to give it his or her full attention in order to make sure you achieve the best possible mark for your efforts. It is very much in your interests to keep up with deadlines.
