ABSTRACT
The simplest way to proceed with diagnosis in TA is to systematically go through the basic concepts of TA and determine how your client may experience their particular pathology. It can be useful to print out a list of TA concepts and, when writing your notes for each client, go through your diagnosis checklist making relevant notes along the way for each client. Your notes will gradually build up over a number of sessions into a comprehensive diagnosis using TA. You may choose to use the sample list below or devise your own according to your own way of working.
