ABSTRACT
Effective treatment planning is a key skill for transactional analysts, and yet the TA literature has so far not provided trainee transactional analysts with a framework for developing individual treatment plans. An individual treatment plan is usually devised in supervision, or on the basis of re¯ection about a client and their presenting issues. The method presented here is the one I teach to trainees and supervisees and has proven to be effective and simple to use.
