Reflexology is the microsystem of the foot. The fundamental principle is that all areas of the body connect by reflex to the foot. If there is a problem in the adrenal gland, then the area of the foot that corresponds to the adrenal gland will be sore to the touch. This area may also have a deposit that the examiner can feel.
