ABSTRACT
Runner: Our next presenter is Dr. Anniina Souminen Guyas. She is an Assistant Professor of Art Education at Kent State University. Her PhD is in Art Education, which she received in 2003 from The Ohio State University. Even though Anniina’s degree was in art education, she found that her own creative use of photography was still challenged as not fitting the usually accepted formats for art education dissertations.
