ABSTRACT
The British Crime Survey (Home Office Statistical Bulletin 2007) reported that the most commonly used drug in 2006/7 was cannabis, with 8.2% of adults. The next most commonly used drug was cocaine, with 2.6% of adults, followed by ecstasy (1.8%), amyl nitrite (1.4%), amphetamines (1.3%), hallucinogens (LSD and magic mushrooms)
