ABSTRACT
Th is statement is on the screen or SmartBoard as students enter the classroom. Th ere are immediate nods of familiarity. Many of the students have memorized this sentence as part of their schooling. And, they certainly expect that across their future careers they will be teaching the Constitution. In fact, it is now federal law that all schools that receive public funds must teach the Constitution on September 17 each year.
