ABSTRACT
The objective of this chapter is to provide greater detail about how this book will conduct its two-tier examination. To this end, this chapter is divided into three sections. The first of these will discuss issues of measurement pertaining to the first level. The second and third sections, meanwhile, will elaborate on the five prescriptions, identified in the previous chapter, which comprise the second level.
