ABSTRACT
This chapter commences with an analysis of the range of possible solutions. The first choice is between a comprehensive or broad-based approach and a targeted approach. For a variety of reasons, the comprehensive approach is rejected. Solutions are then proposed for each of the various types of anticompetitive conduct (see Table 9.1).
