ABSTRACT
Math in a Cultural Context (MCC) is an unqualifi ed success on any number of criteria. It distinguishes itself from many other projects in the fi eld of culturally based mathematics, ethnomathematics, or reform-oriented math. Th ese are bold statements. However, this chapter provides a description of this long-term project’s processes and products that substantiate this claim.
