ABSTRACT
The time has come for you to plan how to leave your practicum or internship site. Your site supervisor has encouraged you and has provided you with positive guidance. Teachers and administrators at your clinical sites gave you support and assistance when you needed it. Many counselees were changed by the individual and small group sessions you held with them. You need to show your appreciation to them and ensure that the counselor-in-training who follows you to this school will be warmly received, too. So, give careful consideration to how you separate from your students, teachers, site supervisor, and others with whom you have worked closely.
