ABSTRACT
A young man is walking north on Lexington Avenue, under his arm a book, Social Work with Groups, Third Edition, when his path is crossed by an old fellow walking south with the same book under his arm. Curiosity piques the younger man and he asks his elder if he is a group worker. The old man quietly indicates that others would say so. Excitedly, the young man asks how he might become a group worker.
