ABSTRACT
Sociologists know that social class impacts every facet of our lives – including
our perceptions of race and racial groups. However, very little research has been
published that focuses on the connection between social class and racial identity
among multiracial Americans. This book works to fi ll that void in the research on
multiracial identity.
