ABSTRACT
Another distinctive theoretical feature of REBT is that there are deemed to be three extreme beliefs that are derived from rigid beliefs. These are known as awfulising beliefs, low frustration tolerance (LFT) beliefs and depreciation beliefs. I will consider these one by one.
