ABSTRACT

During the course of 2004 we carried out field-walking survey and surface collection. We realized suddenly some peculiarities of the Aiali site. The high density of artefacts scatter influenced our capability to recognize the boundaries of different areas and we had also to take in to account the large chronological range of the evidence. However we identified, not without uncertainness, the areas of highest artifact scatter density and we did the GPS survey (Fig. 1).
