Do not be daunted if your own creative team is smaller than that described, or if you don’t have the money or time to build the relationships as I describe them. There are always ways of keeping standards high, building teams if you’re on a tight budget. What matters is that you aspire to find people for all these roles and, at the beginning of your career, are prepared to accept compromises in terms of availability in order to get someone to do the job well – or to do the job at all.
