About the Author
Dr. Howard G. Rosenthal, Ed.D., is the coordinator of the Human Services Program at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley and teaches graduate classes for Webster University in Webster Groves, Missouri. He has over 20 years experience doing psychotherapy, including his work at the Midwest Stress Center. He is the author and editor of a string of successful books. His book Favorite Counseling and Therapy Techniques: 51 Therapists Share Their Most Creative Strategies is an academic bestseller, while the sequel Favorite Counseling and Therapy Homework Assignments: Leading Therapists Share Their Most Creative Strategies features contributions from more famous helpers than any book of its kind. Most counselors are familiar with Dr. Rosenthal, as helpers from coast to coast have used and praised his academic bestseller the Encyclopedia of Counseling and his 15-hour audio licensing preparation program for the National Counselor Examination and state licensing exams.
