ABSTRACT
Th e Activity Focus: Ms. Wengler involves students in a system for learning multiplication facts using patterns which allow them to reconstruct their learning.
Ms. Wengler taped a strip of paper on the wall. Th e strip was about 12" wide and 4' long. On it, written vertically were the even numbers from 2 to 20 (see chart on next page).
