The current modified games ‘pilot programme’ involves changes to the following laws:
point score system for tries (3 and 5 points for tries v 4-point tries);• when the defensive line can move forward at ‘play-the-ball’; • the mandatory number of passes performed by the attacking team in its 20 • metre zone.
