ABSTRACT

It has already been made clear that everyone should contribute to the creative work, and many of the activities have suggested different approaches to encouraging this. This is the heart of the project. But this should not rule out the importance of individuals – or small teams – engaging with other aspects of the project. The notion of ‘full ownership’ should extend into adjacent specific theatre skill areas, and the structural and organisational work that goes into the project. This is not simply about the ethos and practice of the project, though. It is about the future horizons that the project may open up for its participants.
