ABSTRACT
A major effort has been started to double the amount of power derived from cogeneration by the year 2010, The driving force behind this effort is the U.S. Combined Heat & Power Association, Therefore, on any book about cogeneration it is incumbent upon the author to include the efforts of this organization in a separate chapter like this.
