ABSTRACT
The consumers will gain 200,000 F in corn, since they will have 10,000 hl extra at 20 F per hectolitre and enjoy the corresponding effective utility. On the other hand, the agricultural entrepreneurs growing corn will lose 200,000 F (in money) since they will sell their 100,000 hl of home-grown corn for 20 F instead of 22 F. This corresponds to the 10,000 hl of corn the country received from abroad and the 200,000 F paid for it.
