ABSTRACT
Jeff is an electrical engineer in his 40’s who’s now working as a procurement specialist for PRINT-IT, an American company that purchases computer products from Asia and then puts its own logo on them. His main job is working with the
utes them to major computer companies around the world. PRINT-IT thus serves as a kind of subcontractor for computer giants that prefer being spared the hassles that go with overseeing an elaborate production process.
