ABSTRACT

John is a manager in FolkKind, an American software firm that provides business solutions such as accounting and procurement solutions. He runs a group called Strategic Marketing, which he refers to as the FolkKind “brand.” He’s engaging interpersonally and a good listener. He sees his role as defining and communicating the corporate position of FolkKind to three audiences (1) out in the market to customers, and partners; (2) internally to employees; and then (3) out to the financial and industry research analysts.
