ABSTRACT
An information sheet about the Healthy, Active and Outside programme was given to parents in advance to familiarise them with the aims and purpose of the project (Figures 8.1 and 8.2). A welcome letter was given to the children who had been chosen to participate in the programme (Figure 8.3).
