ABSTRACT
In Chapter 5 a comprehensive overview of the design process was presented. At each stage of this process there are a number of tasks, many of which require special materials and techniques. These techniques fulfill one or more of the following functions:
• Recording and presenting information • Undertaking and presenting analysis • Developing the design • Presenting and communicating the design.
