ABSTRACT
Committee of Ministers informed the Assembly that it had opened dialogue
with the Turkish government. The Assembly regrets the fact that it has not been
informed of the progress of this dialogue and expects the Committee of Ministers
to provide urgently such information together with a full and final reply to the
present recommendation.
