ABSTRACT
Hanna Segal: Well, I have certain views about seminars. I think that the most important thing in a seminar is to create an atmosphere in which people feel really free to bring their problems without being put down or criticized. Yet at the same time, I never wear gloves. What I mean is, I say what I think . . . although I do not put down people’s contributions. People are at the seminar to engage the whole group.
